This is all taken from a Sex Offender and Crimes Against Minors Registry Guidelines pamphlet and does not even constitute a comprehensive listing of all the laws and regulations for the Sex Offender Registry.

AGAIN, keep in mind that this is the exact same laws being held against teenagers who had consensual and non-violent sex as rapists and child molesters.

We are destroying lives of our children, many of whom are now adults, and keep in mind that all of this costs time and money. Time our public officials and law enforcement should be focusing on things that actually matter.

IMPORTANT: We are only discussing the fact that teenagers having sex (consensual and non-violent, even when the "victim" doesn't want charges brought, even when the parents don't want charges brought) and we are making the older teenager pay FOR LIFE.

Help us stop this madness.
